To ensure a perfect fit, please provide your actual bare body measurements (do not add any loose measurements). You can also send the measurements of an old pair of pants that fit you well.

Care Instructions

• Avoid exposure to dust, rain, or water as this may cause the leather to become hard and darken.
• Professional dry cleaning is recommended for cleaning.

Production and Delivery

• Made to Measure: Each product is custom-made once the order is received.
• Production Time: 8 to 10 working days after receiving payment and size details.
• Delivery Charges: Additional shipping costs apply for certain regions:
  • Extra Charge of $30 for delivery to New Zealand, Iceland, Israel, Mexico, and South America.

Return and Refund Policy

• Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, feel free to contact us for a return. The buyer is responsible for the return postage.
• Return Conditions: Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, and unused within 14 days of purchase.
• Non-returnable Items: Customized items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
